This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact on pupils who need encouragement, stability, and guidance to thrive in their learning and development.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needsAssist the class teacher with lesson delivery, behaviour support, and interventions tailored to individual needsPromote positive routines, emotional regulation, and resilience throughout the school dayContribute to progress tracking and communicate effectively with staff and familiesWhat We're Looking ForExperience working with children or young people with SEMH/behavioural needs (in school, care, or youth work)A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to managing behaviourStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAn understanding of SEMH and SEND strategiesA relevant qualification in support, care, or education is desirable but not essentialEligibilityHold the Right to Work in the UKHave an enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)Be able to provide two professional references (child-related preferred)How to ApplyPlease submit your up-to-date CV to be considered.
