With a strong focus on innovation, they’re looking for an IT Systems & Support Engineer who can not only keep the wheels turning but also help streamline processes and boost efficiency across the business. Why You’ll Love This Role Work in a professional legal environment where IT is seen as an enabler, not a cost Combine hands‑on technical support with training and business process improvements Get involved in onboarding new employees, ensuring they’re fully equipped from day one Be a key point of contact for staff across multiple offices, building relationships and trust Help shape how the business uses technology to deliver legal services faster and smarter What You’ll Do Deliver 2nd line technical support to staff across multiple offices Manage IT onboarding for new starters, setting up accounts, devices, and software Deliver IT training sessions (1:1 and group) to improve confidence and efficiency Identify and implement process improvements in workflows and systems Support and maintain the firm’s network, applications, and security Act as a friendly, approachable IT partner to teams across the business What You Bring Must Have: Previous IT support or systems engineering experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and core business applications Confident communicator who can train, explain, and simplify technical processes An analytical approach to identifying workflow inefficiencies and improving them Full UK driving licence (travel to other offices required) Nice to Have: Experience in legal or professional services Knowledge of case management systems Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, or similar Your Rewards Additional leave for long service Company pension scheme Paid professional training & certifications Opportunities to lead business improvement initiatives Travel expenses for inter-office visits A stable, long‑term role in a respected firm with a friendly, supportive culture This is your chance to take a hands‑on IT role and turn it into something bigger—where you train, improve, and influence how a respected legal firm operates.
