Join us as a Learning Manager, where you will play a critical role in nurturing student potential by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data‑driven monitoring. This position is perfect for someone passionate about removing academic and behavioural barriers to learning, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive educational setting, and effectively managing complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies. Responsibilities Work closely with the Inclusion Team and the Vice Principal Deep Support on intervention strategies to support the academic achievement of all students. Monitor all students in a particular year group, providing a familiar friendly face and an excellent role model. Attend case conferences and other meetings regarding students in your year, preparing referrals and reports for those identified as needing intervention. Track student progress using the school’s “Praising Stars” system. Contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support, promoting equality and valuing diversity.
