What You’ll Be Doing Oversee all back‑of‑house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation. Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Manage inventory, monitor food stock, and ensure timely ordering of supplies. Collaborate with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service. Handle kitchen‑related issues and resolve them promptly to maintain smooth operations. Support staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards. Create a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team. A passion for delivering consistent, high‑quality food. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure. Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights, and bank holidays – we’re always on the go.
