Overview As an Elite Relief Officer, you'll safeguard property, people, and assets per each site's Assignment Instructions. You step into different roles as needed, maintaining high-quality security services while remaining flexible and adaptable. Responsibilities Ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations Responding to incidents quickly and effectively Maintaining a visible, professional security presence Reporting health and safety concerns or potential threats Using technology and systems to complete tasks accurately Staying alert and making sound decisions under pressure Writing clear and concise incident reports and log entries Performing regular check calls and escalating emergencies as required Training & Development We're committed to helping you grow. You'll receive all required competency training and access to additional courses to support continuous development. We expect our officers to take initiative in maintaining qualifications, including SIA licence renewals. What You'll Need SIA License – Essential Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle – Mandatory Previous experience in security – Strongly preferred SC Clearance – Desirable, but not essential CCTV PSS SIA Licence – Required or willingness to obtain A commitment to professional development, including additional training and license renewals Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: £13.27 per hourContract: 8‑hour weekly minimum (with expectation of additional hours based on business needs)Shifts: Days, nights, and weekends Why Join Us?
