Product Operations Executive – TravelJoin Saga plc as a Product Operations Executive in our Travel business. This full‑time role (35 hours per week) is Hybrid – 3 days a week in Folkestone, Enbrook (Kent) or Crawley (West Sussex). You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our travel products.Job IntroductionSalary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum. Permanent. Role responsibilities include:Serve as central point of contact for product and destination queries, serving as a reliable source of information for the wider business.Coordinate and maintain product operations – pre‑season checks, Health & Safety updates and accurate system data.Build strong, solution‑focused relationships with suppliers – provide correct documentation, support issue resolution and enabling smooth service delivery.Manage operational updates and holiday amendments – communicate changes clearly and implement efficiently.Support quality management – review supplier feedback, action reports, work with Customer Service to resolve complaints and manage reclaims.Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve processes, share insights and maintain a Customer First approach.Represent Saga at trade shows, events and occasional overseas trips as a brand ambassador.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and brings a strong operational mindset.
