Able to build strong relationships and empathise.Caring by nature: An enthusiastic person-centred approach with a genuine passion for making people’s lives that little bit brighter each day.Great team player: Do you work well in a team of likeminded people?Adaptable: The role of a care assistant is very fast paced, can you think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations?No experience?
