Marketing Manager About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and grow our client's B2B marketing efforts. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role where you'll oversee their CRM and marketing automation systems, deliver campaign‑based, content‑led marketing, and strengthen their brand presence across global markets. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise CRM, marketing automation platforms, and lead management processes. Develop and deliver integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with strong content focus. Champion and protect the brand across all communications and customer touchpoints. Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership. Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business growth. About You Degree‑qualified with at least 4 years' B2B marketing experience (experience in scientific or technology sectors is highly desirable). 2+ years of line management experience, with proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Demonstrated success in planning and executing content‑driven, campaign‑based marketing with budget responsibility. Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools. Experience in international and digital‑first marketing.
