This is a great opportunity for someone who loves a mix of hands-on technical work, problem solving and supporting colleagues across a modern Windows/Mac environment.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work under the Service Desk Team Leader and support users across head office and remote sites. Your day-to-day work will include:User SupportCreating/removing user accounts and managing permissions via Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues for colleagues at all levelsSupporting meeting room users and ensuring all A/V equipment is workingPreparing, imaging and rebuilding laptopsInstalling job-specific software (e.g., Sage, Visio)Managing VPN access and 2FASupporting BYOD usersServer & Infrastructure SupportSupporting Windows Server 2012+, AD, Group Policy and ExchangeWorking with Windows Virtual Servers (VMware)Using tools including Sophos Enterprise Console and PowerShellManaging accounts, call groups and IVR menus across Skype for Business & 8x8Supporting call routing, availability changes and call recording (Verba)Additional ResponsibilitiesProviding remote support to colleagues at other officesAssisting with office moves and equipment setupsCreating and updating documentationSharing knowledge with other team members and helping develop apprenticesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in an IT support roleStrong communication and customer-facing skillsA collaborative, team-focused attitudeSelf-motivated, proactive and keen to learnA full UK driving licence is preferredWhy This Role?Join a modern, fast-growing organisationVaried, hands-on technical work every dayOpportunity to learn, progress and make a real impactSupportive environment with exposure to a broad tech stackHow to ApplyDue to anticipated interest, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted within ten working days.
