What You’ll Be Doing Supervising and coordinating front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service. Leading, mentoring and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation. Managing guest relations, handling any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards. Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals. Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or a similar fast‑paced environment. A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team. A passion for hospitality and delivering top‑notch service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
