You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.ResponsibilitiesGuest Services: Ensures the team offers a warm welcome, accurate information, and ensures guest comfort and safety.Guest Assistance: Offers recommendations, arranges transportation and excursions, and anticipates guest needs for an exceptional experience.Check‑ins/Check‑outs: Performs check‑ins and check‑outs following company procedures. Handles special requests.Communication & Coordination: Maintains effective communication, supports the night team, and ensures smooth operation through daily briefings and updated handover systems.Shift Duties: Ensures completion of set shift tasks, maintains handover system, and controls the till.
