Tucked beneath the eaves, on Celeste’s third floor, ‘The Apartment’ is an ideal spot for a private hosted occasion, with rustic beams, reclaimed wooden floors and the spirit of an artist’s studio. Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: As a Senior CDP, you’ll be a key leader on the line, confident in your section, supporting junior chefs, and driving consistency across the menu. You’ll bring experience, energy, and an eye for quality to every service, helping the team deliver excellence every time. Who we are looking for: Solid experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a quality-driven kitchen Calm, confident, and reliable in busy service Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to prep and standards A natural mentor with leadership potential and a passion for great food What’s in it for you? The on target earning potential for this role is £45,981 per annum - comprising a base salary of £31,473, plus a qualified estimate of £14,508 in gratuities and service charge.
