Our vision is to create a home where children feel valued, respected and empowered. Our focus is on helping children build resilience, develop life skills and reach their full potential. The Role As a Deputy manager of the home you will play a key role in supporting the registered manager with the day-to-day management of the home ensuring with you support that the home and staff operates in line with Ofsted regulations and delivers a highest quality of care and safeguarding for children and young people we support. You will help to support the registered manager to lead, motivate and develop a staff team while ensuring that all the young people in our care, needs are being met. Key responsibilities : Support the Registered manager in ensuring that the home meets all regulatory, safeguarding and compliance standards. Work alongside the Registered manager with supporting the staff team to deliver therapeutic child-centred care day to day. Build positive relationships with young people, families and external professionals.
