Key Responsibilities: Provide hands‑on assistance during the installation of AC systems, including refrigerant pipework, ductwork, and electrical connections, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Participate in the commissioning of AC systems, assisting with functional testing, performance verification, and system balancing under the guidance of senior engineers. Undertake routine maintenance tasks on existing AC systems, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and basic system checks. Assist in diagnosing and rectifying faults and breakdowns. Adhere strictly to all company health and safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Actively seek opportunities for professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and relevant regulations. Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, site personnel, and clients to ensure project success.
