Freelance Mechanical Project Manager
City Of London
7-month contract
£375-£400 /day (CIS or Ltd)

We’re looking for an experienced freelance Mechanical Project Manager or a strong Construction Manager with a mechanical background to join a commercial fit-out project in The City Of London. The contract will be 7 months.

The successful candidate will oversee the mechanical aspects of the build, ensuring quality, safety, and programme deadlines are met. You’ll be working closely with the client and wider project team to drive the job forward efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
Strong mechanical building services knowledge
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate across disciplines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional to join an established team on a high-profile central London project.
