The Role As Executive Housekeeper, you will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across both Bournemouth and Lymington sites. You’ll inspire and develop the housekeeping teams, elevate guest experience, and ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all rooms, public areas, spa spaces, and back‑of‑house facilities. You will split your time between both properties, working closely with the General Managers and senior leadership team to drive standards, training, and performance. Key Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and develop the housekeeping and laundry teams across both hotels, ensuring a unified culture of excellence. Oversee daily operations, quality control, and brand standards across all rooms and public areas at both sites. Conduct regular inspections and implement proactive action plans to maintain five‑star cleanliness and presentation. Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Spa leadership to ensure seamless room readiness and guest satisfaction. Manage multi‑site budgeting, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships for cleaning products, equipment, and linen. Design and deliver training programmes to ensure consistent service standards across both hotels. Implement and maintain health & safety, hygiene, and COSHH compliance. Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and scheduling for housekeeping teams across both locations. Oversee laundry operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness. Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational improvements. About You : Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Manager within luxury, boutique, or multi‑site hotel environments. A natural and inspiring leader, capable of motivating large, diverse teams across two locations. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Confident managing budgets, suppliers, and multi‑site operational complexities. Ability to travel regularly between Bournemouth and Lymington, with flexibility to respond to operational needs. A calm and positive presence — even in fast‑paced, high‑demand environments.
