Portfolio Planning Lead – Zurich Insurance Portfolio Planning Lead at Zurich Insurance: We’re looking for an experienced professional to shape and manage UK portfolio processes, including change assessment and ECP prioritisation. Working Hours, Salary & Location Part‑time or full‑time basis. Attractive salary and benefits package. Location: Swindon, London or Fareham. Closing date: 19 December 2025. Responsibilities Lead UK Change Assessment process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Manage Enhanced Change Projects (ECP) prioritisation, ensuring transparent decision‑making. Facilitate prioritisation workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to inform Investment Council decisions. Support development of benefits realisation tracking across major projects and programmes. Monitor, report and challenge benefits delivery to align with business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with UK MFUs and key stakeholders. Serve as trusted advisor on portfolio planning and prioritisation matters. Support financial planning and forecasting for the portfolio. Provide line management, guidance and coaching to team members. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working. Qualifications Financial acumen, budgeting and forecasting experience. Project/programme, portfolio or PMO management within financial services. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels. Excel and data visualisation skills for portfolio reporting. Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in decision‑making. Desirable: line management experience, change governance exposure and portfolio certifications (APM, PMI, PRINCE2).
