Job Overview Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Bethea Retirement in Darlington, SC for a Part-time Physical Therapist. Flexible weekday schedule working 3 days per week, 12-15 hours per week. Bethea Baptist is a non‑profit senior living community located in a peaceful and quiet residential area of Darlington, SC. Join us in making a positive impact on our residents' lives Job Summary The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re‑evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, and re‑evaluate patients’ conditions. Develop and revise plans of care under physician supervision. Discharge plan development and coordination. Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations. Active state license required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines. Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
