If 'YES,' we want to hear from you About the Role As a HGV Driver, you will : Delivering specialist parts and equipment on behalf of our client to keep their local depots fully stocked, ready for them to complete planned maintenance work. Working on a set delivery rota with known destinations and depots. Putting stock away at the delivery depots, either by hand or using a forklift. Loading / unloading of vehicle using a Counterbalance forklift truck (training provided), ensuring load security. Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability. Stay in regular communication with the transport team to provide updates on your progress and ensure our customers' expectations are met. Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices. Essential Skills and Qualifications Must hold a UK Class 1 CE license. Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous. Forklift license preferred but training will be provided. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. Ability to work to deadlines. Confident, polite, and a team player. Good geographical knowledge. Why Join Gregory Distribution Ltd?
