General Builder

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Tradesperson to join our expanding construction team. If you have a broad range of experience across the build process and enjoy being hands‑on, this could be the perfect role for you. Tradesperson Monday to Friday £23-25ph CIS Bromsgrove - and other areas across West Midlands As a Tradesperson, you will be: Working primarily on home extension projects, from foundations through to structural work Supporting the smooth delivery of projects by taking a hands‑on, proactive role on site Coordinating with site managers and other trades to maintain progress and safety Bringing your expertise to each stage of the build to ensure quality results To be successful as a Tradesperson, you will need: Strong, practical experience across early‑stage construction works – groundworks, bricklaying, structural steel installation, and general building tasks A solid understanding of the full build process, with the ability to work efficiently and to a high standard A positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship We would like to speak to any: Tradesman, Tradesperson, General builder, Builder, External builder candidates.
