Product Manager - Loyalty & Rewards Platform Midnite Greater London, England, United Kingdom Senior? Lead? Wizard? Titles are cool, but we’re not hung up on them. What really matters is bringing brilliant minds together to build amazing things. We’re on the lookout for top talent to join the Midnite Product team as we scale up and take things to the next level. This is your chance to dive in, get your hands dirty, and help shape the future of one of the UK’s most exciting iGaming companies. If you love solving tough problems, creating slick experiences, and having fun while doing it, you’ll fit right in. Location: Remote, must be UK-based Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Why Midnite? Midnite is a next-generation betting platform that is built for today’s fandom. We are a collective of engineers and designers who all share a passion for building the best sportsbook & casino experience possible, allowing our fans to feel closer to the games they love through the rush of winning money. Unlike the alternatives, Midnite doesn't feel like a website built two decades ago. Instead, it's a cutting-edge creation, designed and constructed from the ground up with the latest technologies. Crafting an experience that's truly intuitive, immersive, and immediately understandable is no walk in the park, but we thrive on the challenge. We believe we're on the brink of creating something truly awesome. Your Role We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner (Rewards Enablement) to help architect and deliver the backend framework that powers Midnite’s Loyalty & Rewards systems. You’ll work side-by-side with our Loyalty UX Product Manager; they’ll shape the player-facing experience, while you’ll design and deliver the systems and tooling that make it all work seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a critical role bridging our platform and experience layers. You’ll define the technical backbone that supports progression systems, reward frameworks, and real-time engagement loops, ensuring performance, scalability, and flexibility for future innovation. If you’re passionate about system design, architecture, and translating complex requirements into clean, scalable platforms, this is your playground. What You’ll Do Define & Deliver the Loyalty Framework: Partner with the Loyalty UX PM to build out the backend systems that power points, challenges, tiers, and progression. Own the Platform Roadmap: Design and deliver the APIs, services, and admin tooling that enable loyalty operations across all verticals. Scale the Bonus & Rewards Engine: Lead the evolution of Midnite’s LiveOps and promotion systems for precision targeting, segmentation, and automation. Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with platform and data engineers to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions that integrate across the product ecosystem. Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Define event schemas, KPIs, and dashboards that allow the team to measure engagement, retention, and LTV impact. Drive Operational Excellence: Build internal tools that empower CRM, Growth, and LiveOps teams to manage campaigns efficiently and autonomously. Be the Technical Voice: Participate in architecture discussions and advocate for a clean, service-oriented design approach. You Should Apply If You’ve shipped complex back-end systems that power loyalty, gamification and/or reward platforms. You’re adept in collaborating with engineers, data analysts, and UX PMs to define requirements and translate vision into robust systems. You have a strong understanding of APIs, services, and event-driven architectures. You have a strong grasp of data models and real-time systems (experience with event streaming, caching, or user segmentation systems is a plus). You’re fluent in platform thinking; understanding how tools, services, and systems work together to power experiences. You bring technical curiosity and pragmatic product sense and can make trade-offs and simplify complexity. You’re comfortable in fast-moving startup environments and can balance speed with scalability. Experience working with or building bonus engines, promotion tools, or player engagement systems. Background in gaming, fintech, or entertainment platforms with a strong data and API layer. Passion for AI-native product thinking, especially around personalisation and automation. Benefits Shape our future: Play a key role in our team's success, where your voice matters, and you'll have a direct impact on shaping Midnite's future. Connect and unwind: Take part in our quarterly gatherings where our community comes together to bond and have fun. Comprehensive health coverage: Look after your well-being with our outstanding zero-excess health insurance plan, which includes optical and dental coverage. Income Protection: A great plan for looking after your income and providing peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Simplify life: Take advantage of our nursery salary sacrifice scheme, allowing you to conveniently pay your child's nursery fees straight from your paycheck. Work-life balance: Enjoy 25 paid holidays a year, plus generous paid maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, supporting you during life's most important moments.
