Reporting to an Assignment Manager, you’ll undertake end‑to‑end business analysis ensuring coordination of impact assessments, requirements definition and functional design across systems, processes, people, data and journeys to ensure a comprehensive solution design. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across teams to identify, document and workshop business requirements, champion and prioritise them within the governance cadence, and lead the transition into delivery. AXA values work‑life balance; you’ll work at least two days a week (40 %) away from home and may increase to three days (60 %) in the future. Responsibilities Ensure all change requirements are defined end‑to‑end and understand the impact on systems, people, processes, data and journeys. Influence and support business users to define requirements rather than solutions. Manage the development, distribution and baseline approval of all communications related to business requirements and functional design. Oversee that requirements analysis and functionality comply with company standards, business and technical target architectures. Review testing strategies, plans, criteria and results to ensure delivery of end‑to‑end solutions. Manage change in business requirements throughout the project, ensuring change‑management activity takes place and all impacts are documented. Follow a structured end‑to‑end business analysis and design framework, creating EPICs and user stories for agile teams and making decisions on system, data and process changes. Qualifications You meet the essential criteria as detailed in the job advert. BCS BA Foundation or Practitioner Level certification. Proven experience in defining end‑to‑end solutions, focusing on requirements definition and functional design across domains. Experience with modern tooling such as Agile backlogs and Miro. Confident facilitator of workshops, able to understand stakeholder requirements and identify problems while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Expertise in utilising an end‑to‑end business analysis and design framework to guide decisions on system and process changes.
