We want every store visit to be exceptional for our customers, so you’ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high‑value purchases. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Making our customers feel at home through exceptional service. At Dreams, this means listening to customer’s needs and guiding them, asking the right questions at the right time to find the perfect fit. Being on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse in store, from greeting at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences. Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our market‑leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
