Senior Solutions Architect – Technical Support Team Do you enjoy shaping secure, resilient, and future‑ready network and cloud architectures? We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Technical Support Team, where you'll lead the design and architecture of complex network and cloud solutions across enterprise environments. Responsibilities Lead the production of secure and resilient network and cloud designs across connectivity, capacity, performance, recovery, and access. Produce high‑ and low‑level design documentation, build guides and implementation instructions. Present designs to technical authorities and architecture review boards for approval. Align solutions to industry best practice frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST and secure‑by‑design principles. Oversee Network Engineers during implementation and ensure solutions are delivered to specification. Troubleshoot and collaborate with third‑party suppliers and service providers. Act as a domain expert across current and emerging networking and cloud technologies. Qualifications Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto (PAN‑OS) and firewall/security services. Proven Cloud Infrastructure experience (AWS and Azure). Strong knowledge of Azure networking including Virtual WAN, firewalling, load balancing and application gateways. Experience across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft on‑premise technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Role‑Based Access Control or Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol. Solid understanding of secure network design principles. Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary delivery and operations teams.
