About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our Meadow Nursery in Blackpool. If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in Early Years and you have a genuine interest in working with children, then this is the role for you. About Meadow Nursery Meadow Nursery is a vibrant, nurturing setting based on the outskirts of Blackpool town centre on Whitegate drive. With excellent public transport links and free onsite parking, we’re easy to get to whether you drive or take public transport. Our setting includes four well‑equipped rooms, each tailored to a specific age group. Each room is led by a team trained specifically for that developmental stage. We support our team to feel confident within the age group they work with and support training needs. We also have a spacious outdoor garden space that is thoughtfully separated to suit different age groups, ensuring safe and enriching outdoor play for all. Our building has a total of three garden spaces. We’re especially proud of our dedicated preschool room, where children prepare for their school transition together in a supportive, structured environment. Our focus on teamwork and quality care makes us a trusted choice for families—and a fantastic place to work. Each year we are invited to the MiChild awards evening held by our CEO and COO.
