The Role You will handle a varied and high‑quality caseload of commercial property matters, working closely with a team of experienced partners and associates. Your responsibilities will include: Acting on acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases Advising landlords, tenants, developers, and investors Supporting on commercial development projects Handling portfolio management work Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and ancillary documentation Managing your own caseload with autonomy while receiving guidance where needed Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships About You We are looking for a strong, commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor who wants to develop within a highly reputable department.
