A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a Cutover Support Analyst to join the team. Key Responsibilities Collect and document requirements from HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Analyze existing HR processes and identify gaps for integration. Prepare process flows, SOPs, and harmonization plans. Act as the central point of contact for HR rollout and merger activities. Coordinate across multiple teams and organizations to ensure alignment. Schedule and facilitate workshops, meetings, and status updates. Support the development of cutover plans for HR systems and processes. Coordinate activities leading up to go-live, including data migration, validation, and readiness checks. Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations. Assist in designing onboarding plans for employees from merged organizations. Support communication and training initiatives for smooth adoption. Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports. Document decisions, risks, and action items for leadership visibility. This is an excellent opportunity on a great project of work.
