Based in London, this high-profile role offers the opportunity to direct a landmark development with international visibility and strategic design significance.This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Associate, or Project Directorr to take ownership of one of the most ambitious aviation schemes in the region - driving design vision, stakeholder engagement, and multidisciplinary delivery across all stages of development.What You’ll Be Doing:Providing overall project leadership from concept to delivery on a complex, large-scale aviation developmentManaging internal teams and external consultants across architecture, engineering, interiors, and client stakeholdersOverseeing design quality, project planning, budget control, and resource managementActing as a primary point of contact with the client, consultants, and executive leadershipUpholding the firm’s commitment to design excellence, technical innovation, and sustainable deliveryEnsuring regulatory, contractual, and programme compliance across all project phasesWhat We’re Looking For:Demonstrated experience on international, large-scale projects, ideally in aviation, transport, or infrastructureProven success in delivering large-scale aviation, transport, or infrastructure projects at senior levelStrong commercial awareness, client-facing communication skills, and programme management experienceDeep technical understanding, ideally with fluency in Revit and digital delivery toolsExperience overseeing projects across RIBA stages 2–6, with particular strength in deliveryInterested, or know someone who might be?
