Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions, both virtually and in the classroom, to ensure a rich and immersive experience for every learner and catering to the unique needs of our diverse clients.Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will also actively support our sales team by contributing to client briefs, course outlines and course developments.Our Instructors/trainers are critical to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement.What You Will BringAs a Freelance associate instructor/trainer, we're seeking individuals who are true experts in their field who can be ambassadors for Learning Tree. Your extensive real-world experience in your area of expertise is essential to provide practical insights and valuable knowledge to our learners.Demonstrable experience or consultancy services in the following is highly desirable:Proven experience in technical training, IT instruction, or a related fieldStrong knowledge in one or more of the following: Software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics or IT infrastructureExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluency in English (French, Dutch or German would be preferred but not essential)Flexibility to travel within Luxembourg or Belgium if requiredAs a Freelance associate instructor/trainer, you'll be driven by a passion for sharing knowledge and your enthusiasm for supporting individuals on their learning journey is crucial. Whether facilitating virtual classes or leading classroom sessions, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an environment that fosters learning, growth, and skill development.Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver our course content in an effective and engaging way are key as you work with our diverse learners, clients and the internal teams at Learning Tree.Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive mindset are essential traits for success in this role. Your business acumen, coupled with strong writing and presentation skills, will be crucial as you support our sales team to present our services to potential clients.The PackageOur freelance rates offer you the potential to earn based on your expertise and success. You will then virtually meet with one of our course authors to assess your specific knowledge in your area of expertise.
