This role will produce top-quality learning materials, particularly technical documentation, and work closely with our Engineering and Marketing & Content teams. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Web3 and has experience writing technical documents.This role will report to the Head of Marketing & Content. Relocation support available.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and the marketing team.Produce copy about complex technical subjects for technical and non-technical audiences.Produce technical documentation and infographics.Test and update existing documentation such as developer documentation and FAQs.Test the product and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.Adhere to and update in-house style guide.RequirementsAbility to write user-friendly, engaging copy about highly technical subjects.Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audience.Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines.Proven experience as a Technical Writer.A portfolio of work.Deep knowledge of Web3 protocols.Excellent writing and proofreading skills.Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Ability to read and understand basic solidity.Experience with JS/TS and subgraph is a plus.Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.Positive attitude and team player is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
