Business Development Executive

Location: Kent area (including Canterbury, Ashford, Maidstone, Ramsgate). Field Based Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. Salary: £28 k – £32 k per annum (plus commission OTE £18 k per annum); laptop, mobile phone & company car. Company: Lyreco supplies workplace services globally. This role joins the Small to Medium Business (SMB) Sales Division. Benefits 31 days holiday, rising to 38 after longer service, inclusive of bank holidays. The Role As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, expanding existing business relationships, and securing new business opportunities. What you will be doing as a Business Development Executive Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory. Foster new relationships with prospective customers through various communication channels, building enduring connections. Engage in customer‑facing interactions, such as cold calling or visiting existing clients. Meet challenging yet achievable targets; promotions are based on results. Hard work is always recognized and rewarded. What you must have to be successful as a Business Development Executive Skilled in prospecting and identifying new leads to drive business growth. Excellent customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction. Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks. Driven by targets, consistently striving for results.
