Project Manager – SCC (Leeds, UK) Location: Leeds (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent Salary: Competitive salary + large company benefits, flexible benefits scheme, 2 paid‑for volunteering days a year. Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Interview process: 2‑stage process. Role purpose To oversee and manage the successful execution of collaboration projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of collaboration projects, including procurement, installation, and testing of AV systems for corporate and event-based environments; set project scope, goals and objectives and ensure successful completion on time and within budget to customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring deliverables meet client needs. Develop and maintain project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and control costs throughout the project life cycle. Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (designers, engineers, vendors, contractors), ensuring smooth communication and project execution. Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress and adjust timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Maintain project documentation (Project Brief/Statement of Works, change orders, schedules, progress reports) in line with company governance reporting and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety protocols and legal requirements. Skills and Experience Prince 2 Advantageous. Experience managing AV projects with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidently interacting with clients, vendors and internal teams. Strong knowledge of AV systems and familiarity with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
