The Nelson Trust is seeking a dedicated person to join our team Base Pay & Details Position: Maintenance Operative Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible) Salary: £24,000 per annum Location: Stroud Why Join Us? Impactful Work: Contribute to maintaining the fabric and fixtures across our properties, ensuring they meet operational standards and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform general building DIY and maintenance tasks. Conduct regular checks and assessments. Collaborate with team members and liaise with site managers. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements. Qualifications & Experience Experience in property maintenance. Knowledge of various maintenance issues and building techniques. Commitment to the values of the Nelson Trust. Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude. Benefits & Perks 25 days pro rata holiday plus statutory holidays. Auto-enrollment pension with a 6% employer contribution. This position will close once a suitable candidate has been appointed.
