Croydon Health Service 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service is on a transformation journey. At the heart of the transformation is improving outcomes for babies, children and families. This role is integral to improving quality and raising standards across the service, and to impact on improving outcomes. Interview Date – TBC The post holder will facilitate and coordinate improvements across the 0‑19 Public Health Nursing Service, affecting patient care and service delivery. The post holder will focus on developing strong internal communications and innovations that enable staff to feel informed, engaged and empowered to deliver quality improvement, supporting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and inclusivity. Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provides hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust. Around 4,100 staff provide services for a population of over 360,000 people who are relatively young with a high level of ethnic diversity. The Trust’s main hospital site, Croydon University Hospital, is one of the busiest in London, and the Trust also delivers care at clinics, specialist centres and in people’s homes.
