Join to apply for the SAP PP Functional Business Analyst role at JCBResponsibilitiesResolve SAP queries through help desk ticketsSupport and train SAP key usersDrive continuous improvements through SAP (delivering changes, mini projects and enhancements)Work within the SAP project team, delivering testing, training and data migrationExpand business use of SAP to the benefit of the JCB businessOrganise and conduct internal audits / health checks with SAP business unitsInvolved in business process developments (incl. mapping, fit‑gap analysis)QualificationsExperienced in SAP, ideally supporting users in Production, Materials, Man‑Eng or QualityBroad and detailed knowledge of end‑to‑end production planning / quality business processes in a manufacturing environmentAbility to translate business requirements into a deliverable SAP solutionCompleted business process and functional development projects to a high standard, including writing functional specifications, testing developments, delivering training and go‑live supportCustomer focused with strong client relationship skillsExcellent analytical skillsExperience of a multinational business and system landscapeWhat Happens Next?Ordinarily, our Resourcing Team reviews and shortlists CVs.
