McAMS Business Development Manager – Oxford, Reading, Kingston U Thames & SW London Company: DAMS Location: Oxford, Reading, Kingston Upon Thames and South West London Salary: Base Salary: £35,000 Commission: Uncapped Performance-driven with no upper limit On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 Company Car: Suitable Company Car and Motorcycle Cycle Scheme: Access to Cycle to Work scheme with £7,000 limit About Us: McAMS is the UK’s largest motorcycle accident management company. Your role: As a Business Development Manager, you will develop new business across multiple sectors, grow relationships with new businesses, promote and recommend our services, and provide a first‑class service. You should have experience selling a solution or service with proven success and target achievement. We are looking for a self‑driven, motivated sales professional for a forward‑thinking, fast‑paced business. You Will: Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting opportunities within your area. Take ownership of the entire sales process, from generating leads and promoting our services to fostering business relationships and establishing agreements. Build a strong network of relevant opportunities to meet sales targets. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our service and industry by working closely with trainers and colleagues. Liaise with existing accounts to ensure smooth transition between McAMS and the client. Attend events to network and create leads, and generate new business within your area. Requirements: 2+ years experience within a similar role. Knowledge of the motorcycle industry highly desirable. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in business development or new business environments. Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability. Proven ability to identify and develop new business. Proven understanding of sales tools and how to use them to build and plan for success. A full UK Driving & Motorcycle licence.
