About The Role Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other Responsibilities Assist residents in all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect at all times. Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infections and escalated any identified risks in a timely manner. Act courteously toward residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks. About You To be successful you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Experience is not required; we offer induction and training. Our Ideal Candidate Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate initiative and be respectful toward residents and other people in the home. Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members. Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
