The Candidate will need to be self-motivated, pro-active, conscientious and punctual. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important to the role.Most importantly, however, we are looking for the right person – someone who can work in a small-knit team and is adaptable.The Role:You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer serviceAdminister the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperworkKey Skills:Have good technical skills or be a practical thinker with a strong sales focusHighly efficient and able to make calculated decisionsPossess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalEnergetic, enthusiastic with an enquiring technical mindAccurate, consistent and diligent approach to dutiesAbility to learn fast and support the customerPassionate about providing first class customer service and a willingness to learn about Commercial Audio SolutionsAn interest in Technical Audio Electronics and / or Music ProductionAbility to work in a busy environment and have a ‘can Do’ attitudeBe flexible, punctual and prepared to help out the rest of the organisation in a willing and positive mannerMembership of ISCVE an advantageKey Responsibilities:You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer serviceTo be the first-line customer interface, communicating courteously with customers by telephone and e-mail;Deliver accurate technical product support via phone, email, or webchat;Audio system design support and product application assistance;Assist customers and integrators with Network & IT support relating to AV Systems;Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork;To attend any necessary training courses in line with company requirements and personal development;Maintain a good standard of organisation, general office duties, paperwork and administration;We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a strong technical ability along with the drive to learn and develop their product knowledgeHours:The role requires fixed working hours, Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00 with a 30min lunch break. This is a 40hrs / week, full-time position.Salary is negotiable, based on candidate skills and experience.
