Role Overview:
As an Outdoor Education Specialist, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead and inspire individuals of all ages in various outdoor settings. From hiking and climbing to team-building exercises, you'll guide participants through hands-on, experiential learning that fosters personal growth, teamwork, and a deep connection to nature.
What You'll Do:
* Plan, organise, and deliver outdoor activity programs tailored to diverse groups.
* Lead groups through engaging outdoor experiences that enhance personal development and teamwork.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
* Foster a love for nature and the environment through education and fun, interactive activities.
* Develop and adapt new outdoor education programs.
What We're Looking For:
* Passion for the outdoors and environmental education.
* Experience leading outdoor activities and groups.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages.
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Knowledge of outdoor safety and risk management.
