Stock Controller [New Bond Street] – Fendi Join to apply for the Stock Controller [New Bond Street] role at Fendi. Position Overview The Stockist supports the Store Manager with shipping and receiving merchandise, stockroom organization, inventory control, and housekeeping activities. In partnership with the store team, the Stockist participates in the replenishment process to ensure outstanding customer service and product placement. Job Responsibilities Receive and count stock items, recording data using computer. Be in charge of all shipments, transfers, and consignments. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves, following company policy. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. Maintain accurate inventory records and periodically count stock. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards. Store items orderly and accessibly in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Codify stock items using identification tags, numbers, lists or other labelling equipment. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance; organize deep cleaning of the warehouse once a month. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting damage to supervisors. Assist or direct other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers. Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors. Deal with main couriers to pick up incoming stock or deliver parts to designated locations. Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued. Order all supplies necessary, compiling and reviewing purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to assess supply needs. Ensure optimum after‑sale service, accuracy, and integrity. Work with production to manage defective and damaged items. Use the system to process repairs and coordinate with local suppliers for faster service. Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock. Maintain and contribute to VM stock, communicating with VM arrivals and handling unused props/mannequins. Profile Minimum 5 years experience, with at least 2 in a luxury boutique environment. Analytical skills, some math skills, and basic notions of accounting. Computer skills required for inventory database transactions; Retail PRO experience is an advantage. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. A well‑organized, dedicated, and conscientious individual, able to set and achieve goals.
