OverviewExcellent opportunity for a Project Managers with a successful civil engineering and M & E contractor working on civil engineering and Water/ Reservoir Projects. The Project Manager will be involved in managing M & E & civil engineering works from initial inception to final completion on Water Farmework projects. The Project Manager will provide engineering and management support to the site team and liaise between the principal designer and the site team. The Project Manager will be required to manage developing the scopes of works and developing site documents.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the successful project delivery of the projectDevelop and implement detailed programmes and schedulesIdentify the quality expectations and record in the Quality PlanDevelop and implement site establishment and ensure the efficient and effective management of siteImplement all statutory regulatory and company requirements for managing Health and SafetyImplement all statutory, regulatory and company requirements for environmental and waste managementEncourage and support innovation/value engineering throughout the design phaseEnsure measures are established for the timely delivery of design informationContribute into supply chain selection process and provide regular feedback and manage supply chain performanceManagement of scope change notices in accordance with the contract requirements (e.g., early warnings and compensation notices)To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate, and engaging approachYou will have good writing and analytical skills and have solid experience in taking full responsibility and leadership for M&E disciplinesComplete all internal/external reportingResponsibility for site level budget control and commercial performanceAccountability for all projects from inception to completionExperience RequiredHNC minimum in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringA minimum of five years\' experience in a design and build project delivery role within civil engineering / water industryQualifications RequiredNEC 3 knowledge and experienceSMSTSCSCSThis position offers a great opportunity with a 1st class contractorOn offer is a highly competitive salary package & benefitsApply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
