Are you ready for your next challenge?We’re looking to bring in a talented Warehouse Supervisor, to manage and oversee all processes and procedures, to ensure all KPIs and targets for your team are achieved across the operation for our new contract in Gotham. This is a shift pattern working 06 : 00 to 14 : 30 OR 14 : 30 to 22 : 30 Mon to FriPay, benefits and moreWe’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a salary sacrifice car scheme, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.What you’ll do on a typical daySupervision and overseeing of the operation, ensuring shifts are run effectivelyManaging customer relationships, both indirectly and face to face on siteDriving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improveLead, manage and engage your team to get the best out of the shift.Ensure compliance of all relevant H&S legislation and local procedures, including reporting and investigation of accidents and / or near-miss incidents or Hazards which could lead to a Major Accident Hazard initiatorEnsure full compliance with any roles and responsibilities allocated within the On-site Emergency Plan.Provide regular feedback relating to the progress of work and end of the day / shift handover information.What you need to succeed at XPOA track record at a supervisory or management level within a fast-paced warehouse operationA strong personality with the ability to effectively manage drivers, push for operational excellence and challenge the status quoIT literate - Good understanding of Microsoft office packages (Word & Excel)IOSH QualificationBe part of something bigWe strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
