Role Join to apply for the Membership Engagement Manager role at Am West Capital. The Law Society of England and Wales is hiring an experienced Member Engagement Manager to join our Membership Engagement & Services Team. Responsibility Develop and coordinate the delivery of tailored membership services and engagement programmes that increase awareness, take‑up and satisfaction with the member offer. Identify and develop ways to improve members' experiences and needs via our products and services. Qualifications Experience researching and analysing market or member needs and using insights to improve services, products or experiences. Ability to produce high‑quality content and engagement activities (seminars, webinars, videos, e‑newsletters and written communications) and have led their design and delivery for large and diverse audiences. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent project‑management and prioritisation skills, able to balance multiple work streams while maintaining strategic focus and attention to detail. Superior interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence others and bring stakeholders together around shared goals.
