If you have an eye for detail and not affraid to lead from the front, then we would love you to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.Your day with Team Carden:Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards.Train, Coach and Support our Housekeeping team to deliver a high standard of service and customer care in line with hotel standards, procedures and profitability.Supporting with fire, hygiene and health and safety trainingCoordinate with maintenance and front office teams to address any issues promptlySkills you will haveProven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and team management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and health & safety standards.Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays.40 hour permanent contract with a salary of £27,000. Shifts include early mornings, evenings and weekends.Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
