Streetworks Administrator Company: Network Plus Department: Severn Trent Water Location: Brunel House, Derby Compensation: £25,396 / year We're looking for a Streetworks Administrator to support the TMA department by analyzing Streetworks charges and liaising with clients in compliance with legislation and internal SLAs. Key Responsibilities Carry out thorough investigations into charges received by the client and reject fines in line with legislation. Provide feedback to the client within agreed SLA’s. Submit updates to permits within legislative timescales to avoid fines. Communicate effectively to articulate reasons for any rejected charges. Adopt a flexible mindset handling workload fluctuations and work well with the team. Provide daily and weekly reports to ensure service levels and objectives are achieved. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Experience and Qualifications Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures. Excellent communication skills.
