We are looking to recruit a career Paralegal within our Residential property team.The teamOur team is recognised throughout the Chilterns, Home Counties and Thames Valley as a leading provider of high quality legal services. We work with a broad range of clients from first-time buyers through to high net worth portfolio clients.Our team is located across 3 of our offices – Amersham, High Wycombe and Marlow.You will have fast and accurate data inputting skills and the ability to manage the Department's file retrieval and archive. A willingness to help the team with all areas of legal skills and, after appropriate training, to expand your role within the team. You will be expected to have high levels of communication skills.Outline of DutiesYou will be responsible for:Case Management entry of new mattersManagement of filing systemSupporting the Team to gain knowledge and experienceDealing with matters from exchange through to completion, assisting the Completions Manager and onboarding team.After appropriate trainingCompiling your own written communicationsMaintaining Case management systemDrafting documentation as requiredPreparing reports for clientsDeveloping knowledge of Solicitors Accounts RulesDeveloping knowledge of case management systemProgressing towards managing own caseloadAssisting with organizing marketing events and client meetingsSalary dependent on PQE to be discussed at interview.About us – Blaser Mills LawWe have grown substantially over the last five years, now employing over 140 staff, with a turnover of circa 12 million.
