Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lister/Valuer/Senior Negotiator at The Property Centre located in Brislington, Bristol. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as arranging and conducting property valuations, negotiations with buyers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Estate Agents Market Appraisal skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in property valuation
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate
