Senior Estimator - Civil Engineering Location: London I'm working with a leading international civil engineering contractor operating across the UK and overseas, specialising in Civil & Structural Engineering, Transportation, Energy, Tunnelling and large-scale Building projects. They are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their established work-winning team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator from a civil engineering background who wants to be part of a high-performing main contractor with a strong project pipeline and long-term career progression. The Role Preparing detailed, accurate and competitive pricing for major civil engineering tenders Supporting early contractor involvement (ECI) projects with cost planning and pricing advice Working closely with the Bid team to support submission quality and bid strategy Reviewing design information, methodologies and assumptions with planning and design teams Identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering options during tender stages Ensuring compliance with relevant procurement legislation Using estimating software packages to develop accurate cost models and proposals Liaising with clients, supply chain and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and competitiveness Experience Required Strong civil engineering background working for a main contractor Proven experience preparing tender pricing for complex infrastructure projects Knowledge of a wide range of construction methods and techniques Understanding of relevant procurement routes and legislation Awareness of NEC and other standard forms of contract Proficiency with estimating software and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills What's on Offer Salary 80,000 to 90,000 DOE Well-established international contractor with strong forward workload Supportive work-winning team and clear progression routes Exposure to major UK and international infrastructure projects If you're interested, please apply or get in touch for a confidential conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
