Location London, UK( Hybrid) Duration Contract Responsibilities Ability to independently assist in production logs analysis, identify root cause and suggest or implement fixes for the same along with the operations, COB or the L3 Teams Excellent prior experience in production support projects using Temenos T24 for retail and commercial banking including TPH/FT modules Good experience in various Temenos modules including Accounts, Delivery, FT and other key modules used for Accounts, Lending, GL, Payments, Reporting Ability to ensure that all tickets are closed within SLA and no escalations To understand the infosec processes in place and follow them without any deviations Excellent communication and proactive reach out Strong Client Facing Skills Must Have Skills (Top 3 skills only) Temenos T24 Core Banking Application support experience (Run the Bank) Strong understanding of T24 architecture and modules. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and report methodically and work independently Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) Stay up-to-date with T24 technology trends and industry best practices.
