Responsibilities Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance on residential MoD properties. Variety of roofing methods including rubber roofing, felt roofing, pitched roofs, flat roofs, and tiled roofs. Diagnose and resolve roofing issues efficiently. Communicate effectively with site teams to support timely project completion. Qualifications Proven experience in pitched roofing including slate and tiled roofs. Ability to repair felt flat roof systems with cold applied materials. Full UK Driving licence is essential.
